Mechanical Engineering

Four years of mechanical engineering coursework at Penn, from machining and machine design to product design and senior labs.

The mechanical-engineering core at Penn is where I learned how to actually make things: lathes and mills, MIG/TIG welding, machine shop discipline, FEA, and the design discipline behind every robot I've built since.

These pages collect the labs, the design-build competitions, the product-design class (UVC light box), and the side projects that taught me more than the labs ever did.
